No ocean view as stated on website, however it was close enough to hear ocean, and enjoyed views of parklands. Loved the quiet off main street ambience, pool was great for the kids. 2 min walk to beach, and close to all shops.

Liked: Peace, open space of 2brm apt. balcony and no mozzies.
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned properly, we found broken glass under dishwasher, lollie papers under bed etc. Toilet was a little smelly when we arrived. Apartment in general could have been cleaner.

When booked this was advised that it was airconditioned. When we arrived, 8 of us, only the lounge was airconditioned. Not happy.

We enjoyed our stay, and the apartment was lovely, but we were very dissapointed that we did not have an ocean view - the website said \"ocean facing balcony\", which tricked us into believing we would have a view - wrong! Also the pool was tiny and easily over-crowded.

Apartment was lovely and spacious, but we were dissapointed that there was no ocean view. We were conned by the "ocean facing balconies" statement on the website. Yes, the balconies face the ocean, but you can't actually see the water! Also pool is tiny and easily over-crowded; and our 1 bd room only had a small ensuite available rather than a full bathroom.

Very comfortable and well located.

However, was oversold on the website - the photos made it look better than it really was, and created the impression of a huge swimming pool around the resort (which turned out to be a duck pond). Also, we were assured by management when we phoned that the pool would be very warm - unfortunately it wasn\'t as warm as we would have liked.

We really got value for money here... my wife and I and our two teenage children stayed here for a week during September and really enjoyed it. There were numerous heated pools within the resort that we all loved and the staff were really professional and willing to satisfy our needs. Great family holiday.
